Refund policy

We want you to feel confident when shopping with EFFLORESCENCE.

Returns are accepted within 3 days of receiving your order, provided that the product is:
- Unopened
- Unused
- In its original condition and packaging

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect product, please contact us. EFFLORESCENCE will cover the return/replacement shipping costs in these cases.

Change of Mind
If you simply change your mind about your purchase, you may request a return within the eligible period. The return shipping cost will be the customer's responsibility.

Bundles
Bundle purchases cannot be partially returned. If eligible, the complete bundle must be returned together.

Order Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order at any time before it is shipped.
Once your order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer available. In this case, the order will be subject to our Returns & Exchanges Policy where applicable.

Refund Policy
Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Refunds are processed within 3 business days after the return has been approved and received.
For Cash on Delivery orders, our team will contact you to arrange the appropriate refund method.
